Their facility is equally well-suited for distilling, brewing, and blending, producing vodka, gin, whiskey, brandy, as well as various styles of beer. They employ a 500-liter Christian Carl still for their higher-proof and clean spirits, and a 2500-liter Vendome pot still for whiskeys. After it has been pot-distilled, its aged for 18 months in new, charred American oak barrels, resulting in plenty of char and spice notes in the 90-proof spirit.
