Their bespoke 24 ft Vendome Copper and Brass still was custom-built only a few blocks from their distillery and their bourbon and rye whiskeys are 100 percent Kentucky made, crafted to create a unique drinking experience. They produced their first barrel from their very own mix of carefully selected grains, which are mashed and fermented at ideal temperatures to preserve certain precise flavors and aromas, before being distilled without compromise.This package contains 3 full-sized straight bourbons: Heigold, Cavehill, and Dareringer. The rebranded expressions pay tribute to influential figures of Louisville and contain the same delicious juices. Heigold is made with a high percentage of imported German malted rye with a mash bill of 70 percent corn, 25 percent malted rye, and 5 percent malted barley. Aged just under 4 years in toasted and charred new oak barrels, its a strong and bold premium bourbon. Cavehill has a mash bill of 70 percent corn, 10 percent malted wheat, 10 percent honey malted barley, and 10 percent malted barley for a honeyed and fruitier spirit, as well as plenty of spice and vanilla notes.
