Apocalypto Tequila is handcrafted from 100 percent blue agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco using traditional, artisanal methods. Apocalypto is produced at Destiladora del Valle de Tequila- which translates: distillery in the valley of Tequila.- using stone ovens and old-fashioned molinos. In addition to Apocalypto, they produce Blue Laguna, Don Sergio, Casa Maestri, and a dozen more.The agave are slowly roasted in stone ovens, yielding aromatic vanilla overtones.
